Some parts of this game may be considered violent or cruel.

Silent Hill 3 wasn't a bad game, rather enjoyable at least. Though two will still always be my favorite along with many other gamers. But three was not one to be overlooked. Silent Hill is quite possibly one of the most memorable game franchises in my gaming history even if I may not remember much of the game content itself. The atmosphere of Silent Hill will always stick with you, and I think that's what made it such a great game. Super fancy graphics and the latest hardware capabilities don't make a video game. It's the immersion of the world you're playing that makes a video game, and we knew that growing up even with 2D games.

I think we used our imaginations a lot more in 2D games as we played. Always wondering what this world would look like in 3D and being able to put ourselves in the shoes of our 2D counterpart. But, that's just my ramble and nostalgia kicking in, maybe I've played too many video games in my life.
